TekkenCheck.gg gratefully acknowledges and credits the Wavu Wank community project (wank.wavu.wiki).

Their public API, real-time match indexing, and community maintenance of Tekken 8 ranked match records are instrumental to the functionality of this website. Without the dedication and open infrastructure provided by the Wavu team, transparent match history tracking and competitive analytics for the Fighting Game Community (FGC) would not be possible.

All ranked match records, rating deltas, character IDs, and player timestamps presented on this dashboard are derived from publicly accessible, unencrypted records indexed across the Wavu network.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-AFFILIATION NOTICE

TEKKEN 8, character names, character designs, game assets, and related trademarks are the exclusive property and intellectual property of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and Bandai Namco Studios Inc.

TekkenCheck.gg is an independent, non-commercial, fan-made community utility. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Bandai Namco Entertainment in any way. All trademarks, character names, and trade names referenced on this site are used under fair-use principles solely for identification, descriptive, and commentary purposes.

2. ZERO REVERSE-ENGINEERING & DATA SAFETY

No Memory Inspection: TekkenCheck.gg does not hook into, inject code into, inspect, or read active computer RAM addresses or running game processes.
No Anti-Cheat Bypass: This platform does not interact with, bypass, or interfere with Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) or any other security software.
No Local File Extraction: This site does not decrypt, alter, or upload local retail save files (.sav) or modify game installations.
Public Telemetry Only: 100% of the statistical data displayed is acquired via standard HTTP queries from open, unencrypted, public community web indices.

3. OBJECTIVE PERFORMANCE SIGNALS (NON-DEFAMATION POLICY)

Metrics displayed on this website — including the Volatility Index, Matchup Spread, and Incomplete Set Rate — represent purely mathematical aggregations of historical match records.

Terms such as "High-Volatility Performance Outlier" reflect statistical deviations (e.g. 92%+ win rates) and do not constitute a definitive accusation of cheating, game modification, or misconduct.
High win efficiency can naturally be achieved by tournament competitors, professional players, or smurf accounts ranking up alternate characters.
TekkenCheck.gg does not issue in-game bans, penalties, or disciplinary actions. All in-game enforcement rests exclusively with Bandai Namco Entertainment.

4. COMMUNITY INCIDENT LEDGER & USER SUBMISSIONS

The Public Incident Watch Ledger is a crowdsourced notice board operated for informational purposes:

Submissions require mandatory public video evidence (YouTube, Twitch, Streamable, Medal.tv) and an in-game Match Replay ID to prevent baseless claims.
Opinions, descriptions, and video links posted to the ledger are the sole responsibility of the submitting users.
TekkenCheck.gg reserves the right to review, unlist, or remove any report found to be malicious, defamatory, fabricated, or in violation of community safety standards.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & "AS-IS" WARRANTY
